Every citation, complaint, inspection report, licensing status, and contact detail shown here is pulled directly from CCLD's own public data systems and reproduced as published by the State of California. This site does not conduct independent investigations, does not verify the State's findings, and does not add, remove, or editorialize on that record.

Because this is a republication of official public government records, nothing on this site should be understood as this site's own accusation, finding, or opinion about any facility, licensee, administrator, or individual — it is a presentation of what the State has already made public.

We make no claim that the data is complete, current, or error-free. CCLD's underlying systems can lag, be corrected, or contain their own errors; always confirm anything material directly with CCLD and the facility itself.

Where a page shows an AI-generated summary of an inspection report, CDSS bulletin, or citation, it is produced by an automated language model reading the official document and is provided purely as a convenience for scanning long reports quickly.
